RTC: College celebration rule again shows why it is among worst in sports

Watch the tape of the LSU TD that was called back.

You have a punter running the ball in on a fake punt.

He puts his arms out a bit.

Probably the least celebratory celebration you have seen.

This rule has to change.  And it needs to change immediately.

The absurdity of taking away a score for a celebration is hard to top in sports.

There is a drastic difference between in-your-face taunting and a celebration.

Why is football the only sport in which you are not allowed to celebrate?  It makes no sense.

Let’s go NCAA (and NFL)

Let’s allow the celebration.
