Upon further review

There are bad decisions all the time, both in law and in sports.  However, these rules which need to be reviewed and changed as soon as possible.  Many rules have two different perspectives and you can see why there is not agreement among various parties.  These rules have been debated extensively and we have yet to hear any reasonable argument for why they exist in their current form.
